The space

The turret vestibule and its historic wood door exude period charm and character, setting the tone for the rest of the house.

The spacious sitting room boasts breathtaking valley views, two plush sofas, a wood-burning stove (logs provided), and Sky TV with the full sports package, ideal for cosy nights or gatherings.

The serene music room, with its baby grand piano, oak bookshelves, and decorative fireplace, overlooks the peaceful rear garden and is perfect for reading, working or relaxing. Meanwhile, the formal dining room links the sitting room and kitchen, featuring an extending table beneath elegant lighting, ideal for celebrations and delicious banquets.

The kitchen blends country charm with modern amenities, including an AGA, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, underfloor heating, casual seating, two extendable dining tables (seating up to 16), and a walk-in larder. Nearby, the boot room and utility room, fully equipped with washer and dryer, offer convenience after countryside adventures.

All bedrooms feature a USB and USB-C charging point integral to bedside lamps for guest convenience. Rooms include hanging space and storage for guests clothing and luggage, while robes and slippers are also provided.

The old stable, a vaulted games room between house and cottage, features a massive sofa, wood-burning stove, pool table, table tennis, darts, large TV with Sky Sports package and Xbox, traditional mahogany bar and beer machine with the first mini keg included. Ideal for large gatherings and family fun, away from the quiet of the house and/or in inclement weather.

The main house offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the first floor, bedroom one serves as the principal suite, featuring a super-king size bed and en-suite with a bath, double showers, double sinks and a dressing room. Bedroom three mirrors these comforts with a super-king size bed and access to a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. The second-floor houses bedrooms four, five, and six, each with a double bed. Bedrooms four and six benefit from garden views, and all three rooms share a stylish shower room. The space

As you arrive, you’re greeted by immaculate gardens, peaceful ponds and a sense of stillness that lingers in the air. At the heart of the estate stands this enchanting house. Step through its impressive entrance into a world of soaring ceilings and refined interiors that immediately set the tone for relaxation.

Inside, you'll find a collection of inviting living spaces. Curl up beside one of three open fireplaces, bask in the light-filled sunroom, or gather for laughter and conversation in the cosy sitting room. The spacious kitchen makes casual meals a joy, while the formal dining room sets the stage for unforgettable celebrations.
